Ever since the time someone walked in on me and my partner and i “lost the ability to perform” that night, occassionally when it comes down to it i am unable to get or maintain an erection when it comes down to the full thing, foreplay is fine but it is when it comes down to it i lose it. my partner told me that they thought i was going off them but this is not true and has made me even more anxious. i know this is psychological and should just relax but that is not easy? what can i do?
