Open Question: Is it normal for my hubby to have an erection that last’s 5hours?

OK my husband today had an erection for like 5 hours. And well i thought he should go to the ER, but he felt diff and so we did not it did go. And we have sex like every day plus i am pregnant with twins. But he is on meds for depression,Bi-polar,adhd,PTSD, and his epilepsy could his meds do this to him? advise?
