Open Question: If there anything I can do to stretch my foreskin?

Even when I get erections I still cannot see the glands, I feel that the tight foreskin is restricting the potential for my penis (be serious now), on erect it’s about 5 and a half inches. I sometimes pull the foreskin down a bit but I never reach below the head because I worry that it will restrict the blood flow or something.
