Open Question: I have a physical problem?

Hello everyone I have a physical problem, it involves my penis size its 9 inches without erection its 10 inches with erection I’m 20 years old. Yes that’s the problem It might sound weird but yes. The last couple of years my penis growth has been increasing. At first I didn’t care better for me right everyman wants a big wang. But I’m starting to get worried it keeps growing each year. Last years length was 8 inches without erection and 9 inches with erection. At what ages does a mans penis stop its growing process. Im sexually active do a lot of sports soccer, football, basketball. One more question it might sound silly but is there a way I can make my penis smaller?
