Open Question: Erection during being raped?

I’m writing a book and at a certain point in the story, this young man is raped by his colleagues. He loathes sex (he made celibacy vows), associates it with sin, and is not fond of his colleagues. Although being forced into anal sex, becoming their “woman”, do you think that he would get an erection at all? I mean… He doesn’t like it or want it, but his nipples and penis are being stimulated anyway.
